A handy, pocket-sized book with an explanation of musical signs, piano and grand staff notation, major scales, chords, and inversions. For each key, the primary chords in the key are given in treble and bass clef notation and keyboard diagrams.

There is also a chord building chart for extended chords (sevenths, ninths, etc.) and a guide to basic chord progressions.
