Visually, the limited edition Fender Blues Junior III is a stunner. Drawing on decades of experience creating lacquered paisley finishes, Fender have appointed this amp with a classy high gloss Black Paisley Lacquer finish complimented with a silver woven grille cloth.
Other custom-shop touches include the super-comfortable vintage Fender “dog bone” handle, heavy-duty “chicken head” knobs and easy-reading black control panel with front-reading text.
Fender intended the Blues Junior III FSR to be played loud and the inclusion of rattle reducing shock absorbers for the EL84 valves are a welcome inclusion. Premium Groove Tubes® valves are used exclusively, and the Blues Junior III FSR features three Groove Tubes 12AX7 preamp valves and a pair of Groove Tubes EL84s that give this little monster the glorious valve driven presence and energy you’d expect from an amp of this calibre.
