Kustom have drawn on more than fifty years of Amp design and manufacturing experience to bring you the compact KUA10 combo amplifier, specifically voiced to accurately reproduce the much-loved, natural acoustic tone of the ukulele.
The KUA10 delivers its punchy 10 watts RMS power output through Kustom’s own design full range 6 inch speaker, providing enough ‘headroom’ for chord strums and lead lines to ring out loud and crystal clear .
The Volume and Tone controls are simple and effective to have you up and playing in no time.
1) Guitar Input: Use this 6.35mm (¼”) input to plug in your guitar.
2) Ukulele Input: Use this 3.5mm (⅛”) input to plug in your Ukulele.
3) AUX Input: This is a 3.5mm (⅛”) stereo line input. It bypasses the tone controls and feeds straight into the power amplifier. Use the volume and tone controls on your external device to control the audio signal.
4) Tone: Set fully left to increase bass response. Set fully right to enhance treble response. Set at 12 o’clock for a balanced tone.
5) Volume: Sets the overall output of the amplifier.
6) Pilot Light: When lit, this indicates that the amplifier is switched on. The on/off switch is on the back of the amplifier.
7) Headphone: This is a 3.5mm (⅛”) stereo output jack. When used, it turns off the internal speaker. It combines all inputs from your guitar and Line In for silent practice.
Additional features include separate instrument and transducer (pickup) inputs, a headphone socket (that mutes the internal speaker for quiet practicing) as well as a handy Auxiliary input to play optional backing tracks.
The Kustom KUA10 ukulele combo amp package also includes a removable peel and stick-on transducer body pickup with a honey sweet, warm response to enhance the natural acoustic tone of Soprano, Concert, Tenor and Baritone ukuleles.
