Dove-tailed Neck Joint
Cort employs the time honoured method of attaching the neck to the body by way of a dovetail. The dovetail – also known as a set neck – transfers the resonance between neck and body more freely and immediately than does a bolt-on neck. The resulting tone is typically warmer and fuller in the dovetail set-neck guitar.
