The CAD Stage 4 Drum Microphone Pack is an affordable 4-piece drum microphone package designed for performing, rehearsing and studio recording. The sound quality is superb and the build quality is with microphones costing more than twice the price.
The Bass Drum Microphone is “egg shaped” while the others are quite compact in size and with the included mic clips, mount quickly on the drum head ring.
These are great sounding microphones – The Kick Drum mic is very lively and accurate with plenty of punch. The Snare and Tom mics have a slight upper mid range boost at around 4KHz which imparts excellent presence and clarity – once again, sounding as though they should and could cost a whole lot more!
The microphones come supplied with mounting hardware and a hardshell case to protect them from the rigours of the road.
